Benefit without regret at the Pilsensee

Beautiful avenues, hang-strewed gently swung hills, full-green meadows, villages - no question: The Bavarian picture book idyl is in the five-sea-country at home. And even if one after a spraying route still a good land hotel discovers, equal the trip was worthwhile oneself doubly. For example after Hechendorf at the Pilsensee.
As it is right itself, the village economy is equal beside the church. One cannot give it thus at all, to the "old person host". A large house with a beautiful sun terrace, on which one sits protected. The guest spaces inside, with much bright wood and Drechselarbeit, are not in good taste and overloaded.
The bill of fare is extensive, beside standards such as pig roasts and Obatzdem offers it also mediterran angehauchten courts.
As hors-d'oeuvre we order first a "asparagus cream soup" (3.50 euro), as it could better not be. she, easily up-foamed, tastes Cremig saemig an elegant Sueppchen with asparagus points as insert. Also the "Carpaccio of the Rinderfilet" (8 euro) is a fine starter: breath-thinly cut disks, Kuerbiskernoel mariniert and garniert with Parmesanspaenen with a breath. That is so exactly correct.
Afterwards we try the "Medaillons of deer from the daily card & hare on tomatoes" (14.50 euro). The meat is butter-softly, beautifully roasted. The hatchet positions - Kartoffelplaetzchen and Zucchini, swivelled with Rucola - are perfect. Only fault is here the bed out easily angebratenen tomato disks. That does not want to fit so quite, above all tastes tomatoes in this type fast somewhat seifig. Harm!

A revealing is however the fresh asparagus, which is to be had with shred, calf or Fischfilet as supplement. We took the version with small shred (16 euro) and sauce Hollandaise (alternatively also only zerlassene butter). And this sauce must one absolutely tried. We ate it rarely better: marvelously the white wine nuance, in addition the butter taste - the whole beautifully airy schaumig impacted. There one requires oneself an all-season asparagus season.
To the desserts: Those are good, but no expressed Knaller. The "Kaiserschmarrn" (7 euro) - mandatorily served with apple mash - is geschmacklich finely, gespickt with many raisins, only it is unfortunately somewhat too firmly guessed/advised. We expected that more fluffiger. The Parfait "age host" (6 euro) is served with fresh fruits. Disks of three halffrozen (vanilla, Schoko, bilberry) are situated there on the plate - almost already a portion for.
